At Bucks County Glass, we take pride in crafting custom shower enclosures with tempered safety glass, durable hardware, and the finest brass and aluminum materials. With the proper care and maintenance, your enclosure will retain its beauty and functionality for years to come. CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

DAILY MAINTENANCE
After each use, we recommend wiping down the glass panels with a squeegee or soft microfiber cloth to prevent water spots and soap scum buildup. This simple step keeps your enclosure looking pristine.
CLEANING PRODUCTS
Use a non-abrasive, pH-balanced glass cleaner for regular cleaning. Harsh abrasive cleaners or acidic solutions can damage the finish of both the glass and metal components. Avoid using scouring pads, steel wool, or ammonia-based cleaners.
HARDWARE CARE
Periodically clean and inspect all hardware, including hinges and handles, with a soft cloth and mild soap. Lubricate moving parts as needed with a silicone-based spray to ensure smooth operation.

PROLONGING THE LIFE OF YOUR ENCLOSURE

1. INSPECT REGULARLY
Check seals, sweeps, and hardware for signs of wear or damage.
2. REPLACE SILICONE
Refresh silicone seals periodically to maintain a watertight fit.
3. ENSURE PROPER DRAINAGE
Confirm that your shower curb is properly pitched to direct water toward the drain, minimizing leakage risks. (Properly pitched curbs are essential for preventing leaks. Refer to the illustration below for installation guidance.)
